Ingredients:
Highball glass
3 oz. Gin
4 oz. Tonic water
Rosemary Cocktail Spice
Szechuan Pepper Cocktail Spice
Ice
Lime Wedge
Instructions:
Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes.
Add gin.
Add 2 ½ blasts* Szechuan Pepper Cocktail Spice.
Add ¾ blast* Rosemary Cocktail Spice.
Add tonic water.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
